Dear Sir:

            On February 2^nd, 2014, we had received our order 1.000 units laptop by air cargo. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because 5 units laptop cannot out the image, restart itself, and the internet connection is fails.

We are disappointed because the product does not work properly. To resolve the problem, we would appreciate your exchange with the other laptop in good condition.

We look forward to your replay and resolution to our problems and will wait until April 17^th, 2014 before seeking help from another source. Please contact us at the above address or by phone at 84797.
